播种季节金针菇是低温结实性菌类,不同菌株出菇温度稍有差异,但其丰产温度大都在8～15℃,因此播种时首先要考虑到出菇时间的温度条件。一般情况下,生料栽培北方10月-12月,南方11月-12月,人防工事可向后推延3-4个月;熟料栽培可提前一个月播种。材料选择所用棉籽皮、玉米粉、麦麸等材料必须新鲜、干燥、无霉变、无异味,如使用过夏棉皮,要加入1-2％多菌灵。塑料袋可选用直径25-40厘米,长50厘米的聚乙稀、聚丙稀塑料薄膜袋。培养料配方:
