“倒仓”,这个名词在戏曲界是很熟悉的,几乎每个演员都有“倒仓”的体会。很多学员和年轻的演员也许正亲身经历着“倒仓”。每个人从幼年到青春期,身体迅速成长,各个器官,各种机能也随着发育。喉部是人体发声器官,它的发育变化尤为明显,喉结的突出,声音逐渐变低或突然变得嘶哑。戏曲界把这个生理发育变化过程叫做“倒仓”,医学上叫做变声。在变声期间,年轻的演员和学员们都会感到自己失去了控制嗓音的能力,找不准音调。嗓音也不稳定,不持久,而且声音变劈、沙、沉闷,有时隔夜突然变得嘶哑。勉强发高音时会出现怪音,或者在同一时间内谈话就会发出几个音调。声音逐渐变得低沉,粗厚,男孩子大约降低一个八度,同时带有宽阔的胸音。女孩子脱掉了柔嫩脆弱的童声,降低一个到三个音,逐渐变为成年女子的清脆嗓音。在变声期,男孩嗓音变
