目的:探讨孕鼠被动吸烟对幼鼠学习记忆功能的影响及其机制。方法:采用反映学习记忆功能的水迷宫法测试幼鼠学习能力的改变,放射免疫测定法(IRMA)测定幼鼠小脑皮质神经生长因子的含量变化。结果:孕期被动吸烟使幼鼠学习记忆能力下降,小脑皮质神经生长因子(NGF)含量明显降低。结论:孕期被动吸烟降低幼鼠学习记忆功能可能与小脑皮质神经生长因子的合成及分泌减少有关。
Objective: To investigate the effects of passive smoking on the learning and memory function of young rats and its mechanism. Methods: Water maze test was used to test the ability of learning and memory in young rats. Radioimmunoassay (IRMA) was used to determine the changes of neuronal growth factor in the cerebellar cortex. Results: Passive smoking during pregnancy decreased the ability of learning and memory in young rats, and significantly reduced the content of nerve growth factor (NGF) in cerebellum. CONCLUSION: Passive smoking during pregnancy reduces learning and memory in young rats and may be related to the decreased synthesis and secretion of cerebellar cortical neurotrophic factor.
