近十年来,随着现代化建设步伐的加快,高层建筑不断兴建,深基坑围护问题已越来越引起建筑界的注意.其中,尤其是软土地基深基坑围护不仅难度大,而且耗资也高,据有关资料,宁波市开挖6～7m深度的基坑,其围护费用高达1.5～2万元,每延长米.因此,在确保基坑和周围建筑物安全的情况下,尽可能降低围护费用,是一个值得探讨的课题.本文通过具体工程实例,介绍笔者在这方面的一些设计心得.
In the past decade, with the acceleration of modernization and the continuous construction of high-rise buildings, the problem of deep foundation pit enclosure has drawn increasing attention from the construction community. Among them, the deep foundation pit protection of soft soil foundations is not only difficult, but also The cost is also high. According to relevant data, the excavation of a foundation pit with a depth of 6 to 7 m in Ningbo City will cost as much as 1.5 to 20,000 yuan for each extension of the foundation pit. Therefore, in the case of ensuring the safety of foundation pits and surrounding buildings, It is a worthwhile issue to reduce the cost of enclosure as much as possible. This article introduces some author’s design experience through specific engineering examples.
