1法定依据新修订的《中华人民共和国种子法》(以下简称新修订的《种子法》)赋予了各级农业主管部门监管职责,进一步明确了农业主管部门所属的综合执法机构开展种子执法相关工作。农业行政综合执法机构在行使种子执法工作中,时常会对涉嫌违法种子进行抽样取证或送去检测。
1 Statutory Basis The newly revised “Seed Law of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as “the newly revised” Seed Law ") gives the supervisory responsibilities of the agricultural authorities at all levels and further clarifies that the comprehensive law enforcement agencies affiliated to the competent agricultural authorities carry out the work related to seed enforcement . In the course of exercising seed law enforcement, agricultural administrative law enforcement agencies often take samples for evidence of illegal seeds or send them to testing.
