吉林省中学思想政治课教学研究会第二届年会暨政治教研员工作会议于1991年9月24至27日在吉林市举行。在此期间与会同志就如何加强中学政治课的教学和教研、贯彻由应试教育向素质教育转变,发挥政治课在培养“四有”新人的主渠道作用等亟待解决的问题进行认真的学习和讨论。会议组织观看了优秀的教学录像课,进行了论文交流。评选出优秀录像课16节,优秀论文30篇,并推荐3篇优秀论文参加全国的评选活动。会议表彰了一批在教研、教学工作中做出
