主席、各位委员、各位同志:华东军政委员会人民监察委员会全体委员,经中央人民政府政务院第二十次政务会议批准任命后,已于六月二日召开了第一次留滬委员会议,正式开始工作。本会成立以来,在饶主席的正确领导下,已经做了一些工作。但由于本会组织机构和干部不健全与各级人民政府监察机关尚末普遍建立,以及我们对于人民监察工作还缺乏经验,所以工作尚未能全面展开。现仅提出几项主要工作向全体委员会议作简要的报告,请各位委员加以审查和指正。
Chairman, Members, Comrades: After all the members of the East China Military and Political Committee People’s Commission have been appointed by the 20th Municipal Administrative Council of the Central People’s Government, they held the first meeting of members of the Shanghai Standing Committee on June 2 and officially started jobs. Since the founding of this Council, under the correct leadership of Chairman Rao, some work has been done. However, due to the unsound organization and cadres of this Council and the supervisory organs under the people’s governments at all levels, the general establishment of the supervisory organs and our lack of experience in people’s supervision have not yet been fully carried out. Only a few major tasks are proposed to brief the Committee of the Committee for a brief report. Members are invited to review and correct them.
