这是一种在0℃以下的低温状况下,使扇贝不冻结而长期活着贮存的方法。即在0℃～-1℃之间的盐类水溶液中,供给空气,使扇贝得以继续生存。所谓盐类水溶液是指由以下物质按重量比(%)组成的水溶液:食盐1.6～4.6,氯化镁0.3～0.4,硫酸钙0.1～0.2,硫酸镁0.2～0.3,溴化镁0.01～0.02,氯化钾0.06～0.1。
