为了广泛地利用农作物的秸秆和自然资源,生产出更多的“健康食品”,在稻草栽培凤尾菇的基础上,我们又试用了大豆秸栽培凤尾菇。试验材料为纯大豆秸,以稻草为对照。采用箱式栽培,重复三次。栽培面积第一、二次各为6尺~2,第三次18尺~2。每平方尺用种量0.15斤。取新鲜不发霉的大豆秸,切成2~3寸长,沸水煮20分钟,捞出后使含水量达到70%,冷却至30℃以下时,分层播种(三层草,三层菌种),覆盖薄膜,其它管理措施与稻草法相同。试验结果如下。
