随着地质单位企业化改革进程的进一步加快,思想政治工作的环境、任务、内容、对象发生了新的变化。形势的发展要求地质单位思想政治工作必须走创新之路,认真研究新形势下思想政治工作的特点和规律,积极开辟新途径,探索新方法,创造新经验,始终保持思想政治工作的生机与活力。本文阐述了地质单位思想政治工作创新的必要性,并提出紧密联系实际、围绕中心工作、创新工作形式的思想政治工作的新思路,为我国地质单位进一步探索思想政治工作创新提供一些决策参考。
With the further acceleration of the process of the reform of the geological unit’s enterprise, new changes have taken place in the environment, tasks, contents and objects of the ideological and political work. The development of the situation requires that the ideological and political work of geological units must take the road of innovation, carefully study the characteristics and laws of ideological and political work in the new situation, actively explore new ways, explore new methods and create new experiences, and always maintain the vigor and vitality of ideological and political work . This paper elaborates the necessity of innovation of ideological and political work in geological units and puts forward some new ideas for the geologic units to further explore the innovation of ideological and political work around the work of center and the innovation of ideological and political work in the form of working closely and practically.
