本文分别从企业所有权安排的选择、企业内部组织设置、企业决策权分配、激励机制等方面对企业组织结构进行了博弈分析。在此基础上,提出企业部门设立方式与企业治理结构的选择方法,并研究了企业决策权动态分配与激励机制设计的决定过程。
This paper analyzes the organizational structure of enterprises from the aspects of the choice of the ownership arrangement, the internal organizational setting, the distribution of corporate decision-making power and the incentive mechanism. On this basis, this paper puts forward the selection method of the establishment of enterprise department and the structure of corporate governance, and also studies the decision-making process of the dynamic allocation of decision-making power and the design of incentive mechanism.
