加强校本教研 努力创设新课堂

经过实践研究我们体会到:实施新课程,关键是如何把新的理念转变为广大教师有效的教学行为,落实到课堂教学之中。为此,我校课改实验领导小组以教研为依托,加大了课堂教学改革力度,通过学习、调查,总体上提出了“全员参与、师生互动、互助交流、合作探究、求异创新”的课堂教学要求。要求教师在课堂教学中要抓住学生、情景、活动三个中心,落实观念现代化、目标立体化、设计活动化、方法情感化的目标,努力达到课堂活起来、学生动起来、能力强起来、教学实起来、质量高起来的效果。为了实现以上任务,我们以满足教师日益增长的专业发展需求为出发点,加强校本教研,努力创设“新课堂”。 After practice research, we realize that the key to implementing the new curriculum is how to transform the new concept into an effective teaching practice for teachers and implement it into classroom teaching.
