经过实践研究我们体会到:实施新课程,关键是如何把新的理念转变为广大教师有效的教学行为,落实到课堂教学之中。为此,我校课改实验领导小组以教研为依托,加大了课堂教学改革力度,通过学习、调查,总体上提出了“全员参与、师生互动、互助交流、合作探究、求异创新”的课堂教学要求。要求教师在课堂教学中要抓住学生、情景、活动三个中心,落实观念现代化、目标立体化、设计活动化、方法情感化的目标,努力达到课堂活起来、学生动起来、能力强起来、教学实起来、质量高起来的效果。为了实现以上任务,我们以满足教师日益增长的专业发展需求为出发点,加强校本教研,努力创设“新课堂”。
