微格教学是一种新型的教学训练模式,是采取先进教育技术和手段来强化教师或师范生教学技能的一种科学方法。以师范专科学校开设的小学信息技术教材为案例,有机运用微格教学模式开展小学信息技术课程的实训教学,能有效训练师范生的导课、提问、演示、评课以及课堂教学组织等系列教学技能,为即将踏上教学讲台的师范生们提供一个良好的演练环境,提高其课堂教学技能和实际操作能力。
