研究了Ag/Al2O3陶瓷涂层材料N+离子注入前后的摩擦磨损行为,考察了划痕的SEM形貌及界面间附着力变化,进行了相分析、原子浓度分析及润湿性能试验等。对摩擦性能改善原因进行了探讨。
The friction and wear behavior of Ag / Al2O3 ceramic coating before and after N + ion implantation were investigated. The SEM morphology and interfacial adhesion of the coating were investigated. The phase analysis, atomic concentration analysis and wettability test were carried out. The reasons for the improvement of friction performance are discussed.
