目的 :了解鄂西北野生绞股蓝组方预防高脂血症的作用。方法 :通过喂高脂、高营养饲料建立高脂血症动物模型 ,并分为 A(草食 )、B(高脂饲料加鄂西北野生绞股兰 )、C(高脂饲料加辛伐他汀 )、D(高脂饲料 )四组 ,检测饲养前及饲养后血脂、血液流变学、肝功能、肾功能、血糖。比较四组动物饲养前后的血脂、血液流变学、肝功能、肾功能、血糖、体重。观察主动脉弓、冠状动脉粥样硬化情况和肝脏大体形态及镜下改变。结果 :A组饲养后全血粘度、血浆粘度、血胆固醇无明显变化 ;B、C两组全血粘度、血浆粘度、血脂饲养后上升 ,与饲养前比较 ,P<0 .0 5 ;D组饲养后全血粘度、血脂与饲养前比均明显增高 ,P<0 .0 0 1 ,血浆粘度上升 ,与饲养前比较 ,P<0 .0 5。C、D组饲养后谷丙转氨酶 ( ATL )、总胆红素 ( TBIL )上升 ,与饲养前比较 ,P<0 .0 5。饲养后 B组全血粘度、血浆粘度低于 C组 ,与 C组比较 ,P<0 .0 5 ,D组与 B、C组比较 ,血胆固醇、全粘度、血浆粘度显著上升 ,P<0 .0 1 ,饲养后实验兔体重 C、D组和 A、B组比较 P<0 .0 5。冠状动脉粥样硬化情况 D>C>B=A,脂肪肝 D、C组类似 ,B组轻微 ,A组无。结论 :野生绞股蓝组方有预防高脂血症、高粘滞血症的作用 ,且有一定预防肥胖和防止动脉粥样硬化及脂肪肝作用。
Objective : To understand the effect of the wild Gynostemma group on the prevention of hyperlipidemia in Northwest Hubei Province. METHODS: Animal models of hyperlipidemia were established by feeding high-fat, high-nutrient diets and divided into A (grass food), B (high-fat diet plus wild chia seed of Northwest Hubei), and C (high-fat diet plus simvastatin). D and D (high-fat diet) were used to test blood lipids, hemorheology, liver function, renal function, and blood glucose before and after feeding. The blood lipids, hemorheology, liver function, renal function, blood glucose, and body weight were compared between the four groups before and after feeding. Observed the aortic arch, coronary atherosclerosis and gross morphology and microscopic changes of the liver. RESULTS: There was no significant change in whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and blood cholesterol after feeding in group A; blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and blood lipid levels in groups B and C increased after feeding, compared with that before feeding, P<0.05; group D. After the feeding, the whole blood viscosity, blood lipids, and pre-feeding ratios were all significantly higher, P 0. 01, and the plasma viscosity was increased, compared with that before feeding, P 0. 05. In group C and D, alanine aminotransferase (ATL) and total bilirubin (TBIL) increased after feeding, compared with that before breeding, P<0.05. After feeding, the blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in group B were lower than those in group C. Compared with group C, P<0.05, and in group D, compared with groups B and C, blood cholesterol, total viscosity, and plasma viscosity increased significantly, P<0. .0 1 , the experimental rabbits’ body weights in groups C and D, and groups A and B were P<0.05. Coronary atherosclerosis D>C>B=A, fatty liver D and C were similar, B was mild, and A was not. Conclusion : The wild gynostemma group can prevent hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity, and it can prevent obesity and prevent atherosclerosis and fatty liver.
