我院1997年7月～2002年6月共抢救口服有机磷农药中毒患者83例,报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料男性25例,女性58例,年龄57～17岁。中毒至就诊时间:15 min～3.5 h。中毒程度:轻度29例,中度37,重度17例。 1.2 抢救方法 (1)迅速清除毒物:全部予以洗胃,1例为切开洗,其余则采用插管方式。除数例重度中毒插管时间>5 min,其它均在5 min内完成。
Our hospital from July 1997 to June 2002 a total of 83 cases of oral organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were reported, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 25 males and 58 females, aged 57 to 17 years. Poisoning to treatment time: 15 min ~ 3.5 h. Toxicity: mild in 29 cases, moderate in 37, severe in 17 cases. 1.2 Methods of Rescue (1) Rapid removal of poisons: all to be gastric lavage, one case of incision and wash, while the rest is intubated. In addition to a few cases of severe poisoning intubation time> 5 min, others were completed within 5 min.
