压力容器用钢板超声波探伤JB1150-73 本标准适用于厚度12~120毫米的化学,石油工业压力容器用钢板超声波探伤,也适用于其它工业类似用途的钢板超声波探伤。一、技术操作要求 1.清除被探伤钢板表面影响探伤的氧化皮、锈蚀及油污。 2.使用脉冲反射式探伤仪,探测频率为2.5MHz。耦合方式为直接耦合或充水耦合。探头为单直探头或联合双直探头。 3.用人工标准试块调节探伤灵敏度。人工标准试块要求如下: (1) 试块用钢板应与被探伤钢板的成份相近。
Ultrasonic Flaw Detection of Pressure Vessel Plates JB1150-73 This standard applies to the ultrasonic flaw detection of chemical and petroleum industry pressure vessels with a thickness of 12 to 120 mm and is also applicable to the ultrasonic flaw detection of steel plates of other similar industrial uses.
