绝育是计划生育主要措施之一。而非手术绝育用不开腹、无痛苦、安全有效,远较手术绝育更受欢迎和易于接受,已被广泛应用。自1970年国内采不用同种医用高分子粘合剂,直接经阴道、宫颈对准宫角注入,使输卵管堵塞。分析不同种药物绝育效果,看来上海非手术绝育协作组的复方苯酚糊剂最为理想,成功率达99.3％。我所自1981年以来,先后在省内各地采用此种方法开展绝育术,效果良好,深受广大妇女欢迎。
