血液经白细胞过滤器可去除血液成分中99.9%以上的白细胞。但在白细胞过滤时因血液粘稠度高、滤器质量问题、制备过程操作不当等原因经常会出现白细胞过滤不畅现象,但因献血者自身冷抗体导致白细胞过滤不畅的现象并不多见。本站发现1例因献血者血浆中含有冷抗体,导致白细胞过滤不畅,经室温(20℃)复温后过滤顺畅,但离心制备后红细胞溶血报废,现报告如下。1材料与方法1.1资料来源2015年11月26日本中心采集的1袋300
