目的 :研究铁铬钼软磁合金的铸造衔铁与成品衔铁的抗腐蚀性能差异。方法 :采用铸造工艺复制成品衔铁 ,对照分析金相结构 ,并运用电化学方法检测 2种衔铁在人工唾液中的自腐蚀速度和点蚀电位。结果 :铸造与成品衔铁的金相结构及其耐腐蚀性差异明显 ,铸造衔铁自腐蚀电流密度为 1.96 7μA/ cm2 ,点蚀电位0 .2 6 4V;成品衔铁分别是 2 .5 6 6 μA/ cm2 ,0 .5 0 9V。结论 :铸造衔铁与成品衔铁在人工口唾液中的抗腐蚀性能各有优缺点 ,其结构不同是差异的根本原因。
Objective: To study the difference of corrosion resistance of cast iron armature and finished armature of iron-chromium-molybdenum soft magnetic alloy. Methods: The finished armature was replicated by casting process, the metallographic structure was analyzed comparatively, and the self-corrosion rate and pitting potential of two kinds of armature in artificial saliva were detected by electrochemical method. Results: The metallurgical structure and corrosion resistance of the cast and finished armature are obviously different. The self-corrosion current density of the cast armature is 1.96 7μA / cm2 and the pitting potential is 0.264V. The finished armature is 2.56 6 μA / cm2, 0 .5 0 9V. Conclusion: The corrosion resistance of the casting armature and the finished armature in the saliva of artificial mouth has its own advantages and disadvantages. The difference of its structure is the fundamental reason of the difference.
