党的十六大以来,中国铁路进入了快速发展的重要历史时期。按照国务院批准实施的《中长期铁路网规划》,大规模铁路建设全面展开。作为其中的重要组成部分,铁路客站的规划和建设也在全面推进,“十一五”期间将建设和改造548座铁路客站。随着以铁路客运专线、高速铁路为标志的现代化铁路建设的推进,与之相匹配的一批功能强大、设施先进、服务一流的现代化铁路客站也逐步走进人们的视野。截至2007年9月底,南京站、拉萨站、延安站等15座铁路客站先后建成,北京南站、新武汉站等19座铁路客站建设顺利推进,242座铁路客站正在进行方案设计。
Since the 16th CPC National Congress, China’s railway has entered an important historic period of rapid development. In accordance with the “Medium and Long-term Railway Network Planning” approved by the State Council, large-scale railway construction is in full swing. As one of the important components, the planning and construction of railway passenger stations are also being promoted in an all-round way. During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, 548 railway passenger stations will be constructed and renovated. Along with the advancement of modern railway construction featuring railway passenger dedicated line and high-speed railway, a number of modernized railway passenger stations with powerful functions, advanced facilities and first-class service are also gradually entered into the field of vision. As of the end of September 2007, 15 railway stations such as Nanjing Railway Station, Lhasa Railway Station and Yan’an Railway Station have been built successively. The construction of 19 railway passenger stations such as Beijing South Railway Station and New Wuhan Railway Station has been smoothly progressed, and 242 railway stations are being designed.
