我院在1978年至1988年10年中采用低温技术施行肾部分切除术14例,术后随访分别1—10年不等,疗效尚满意,现报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料:本组男12例,女2例.年龄21～63岁,平均为47.7岁.左侧6例,右侧8例。下极12例,上极2例.本组均为多发性结石,其中鹿角形结石3例,结石最小为黄豆大,最大3.5×3.2×2.5cm,全部病例伴不同程度肾盏积水及肾皮质萎缩,1例伴双肾盂双输尿管畸形。
