眼外伤是严重危害视力的一种常见病,为了解眼科外伤发生原因,吸取教训,现将我院1978年至1986年眼外伤住院患者200倒统计分析如下。临床资料在200例中男163人,女37人。双眼21人,单眼179人(右75,左104)。年龄4～82岁,11～30岁117人(占58.5％),10岁以下12人占6％。钝挫伤126例138只眼(占63％),穿孔伤46例(占23％),酸碱及热烫伤28例37只眼(占14％)。眼外伤原因很多,最多见土石瓦块伤,其次是木柴草棍伤,详见表1。
Eye injury is a serious risk to vision of a common disease, in order to understand the causes of eye injury, learn a lesson, now our hospital from 1978 to 1986 eye injury 200 hospitalized patients with statistical analysis is as follows. Clinical data in 200 cases, 163 males and 37 females. Eyes 21, monocular 179 (right 75, left 104). Aged 4 to 82 years old, 11 to 30 years old 117 (58.5%), 12 years of age accounted for 6%. There were 126 cases of blunt trauma in 138 eyes (63%), 46 cases of puncture wound (23%), and 28 eyes (14%) in acid-base and thermal burns. There are many reasons for eye injury, the most common soil tile injury, followed by firewood stick injury, as shown in Table 1.
