在电焊、气焊时,或者长时间暴露在雪地、高山、沙漠、海面及海滩盐场等,由于眼部长期接受日光中大量紫外线过度照射,引起急性光化性角膜、结膜炎,即所谓电光性眼炎未见文献报道;所以现将从1981年6月至86年7月间我们遇到的16例钓鱼引起的电光性眼炎报告于后。一、一般资料:年龄最小15岁,最大58岁。性别:均为男性。职业:工人、干部12例,农民2例,学生2例。二、流行病学概况:钓鱼地点,云南大理市洱海边。钓鱼引起电光性眼炎的月份分布:6月3例,7月8例,8月5例。钓鱼的时间:上午10时至下午6时之间。钓鱼持
