查理沙门氏菌(Chailey)属C_2群血清型沙门氏菌,省内尚未见报道,我们从7个月婴儿慢性腹泻的粪便中分离一株查理沙门氏菌,现报告如下: 一、病史摘要患儿,女、7个月。消瘦贫血,因腹泻就诊;大便WBC~(+++)/CP,RBC~(+)/CP,治疗后腹泻症状消失,2个月后又复发,大便WBC~+/CP。血WBC1.26×10~(10)/L,N0.72,L0.22,E0.6,先后进行两次细菌培养,均检出查理沙门氏菌。二、细菌特征 1.菌落特征:该菌在麦康凯琼脂平板上形成不分解乳糖、中等大小、湿润、表面光滑的菌落;在SS平板上形成严硫化氢的中等大小的菌落。
