本刊讯继国务院日前发布《芦山地震灾后恢复重建总体规划》后,7月20日,四川省人民政府召开“4·20”芦山强烈地震灾后恢复重建工作会议,正式发布了芦山地震灾后恢复重建基础设施建设等11个专项规划,全面启动了灾后恢复重建工作。其中,通信和交通、水利、能源等一起纳入基础设施重建规划中,重建规划范围为芦山县、宝兴县等21个县(市、区)。通信恢复重建总投资为10.1亿元,重点是完
After the State Department released the “Lushan Earthquake Recovery and Rehabilitation Reconstruction Master Plan” on July 20, Sichuan Provincial People’s Government held “4.20” Lushan earthquake after the earthquake and reconstruction work conference, the official release of the Lushan earthquake Recovery and reconstruction of infrastructure construction and other 11 special plans, comprehensively launched the disaster recovery and reconstruction work.
