采用马血清注射造成家兔过敏性血管炎，类固醇激素诱导出股骨头缺血性坏死的模型。应用墨汁动脉灌注及病理检查，揭示终末小动脉损害，动脉血供中断是骨坏死的可能病因。文内叙述了病理改变的特点，并讨论了骨坏死的病因及其临床表现有关的病理学基础。
Rabbit allergic vasculitis caused by horse serum injection and steroid hormone induced avascular necrosis of femoral head model. Application of ink arterial perfusion and pathological examination reveal the damage of terminal arterioles, arterial blood supply interruption is a possible etiology of osteonecrosis. The article describes the characteristics of pathological changes, and discusses the etiology of osteonecrosis and its clinical manifestations related to the pathological basis.
