提高妇女的素质、发挥妇女的作用是时代的要求。成校如何为提高农村妇女的素质创造条件呢?笔者认为可以从以下几个方面着手。1.抓学习,促提高农村妇女由于文化程度偏低,在社会政治、文化生活中经常表现出缺乏自信心,缺乏参政意识。因此加强对妇女政治、文化的教育,提高妇女的文化水平,是提高妇女总体素质的重要方面,也是新世纪对成校工作的要求。澥浦镇成校一直致力于努力提高妇女的文化水平,并对她们进行科学的世界观和方法论的教育。我镇已有45名妇女在成校参加了财会中专、法律中专及各类大专专业证书的学习并毕业。她们毕业后大多成了镇、村、企业里的骨干,还有9人当选了镇人大代表和党代表,大大提高了农村妇女的政治地位。在提高妇女文化水平的同时,成

Chengpu Town has always endeavored to improve women’s educational level and educate them on a scientific world outlook and methodology. My town has 45 women attending the school attended the accounting school, law school and various college diploma certificates and graduation. After graduation, most of them became the backbone of towns, villages and enterprises, and 9 people were elected as townspeople’s deputies and party representatives, which greatly enhanced the political status of rural women.
