针对D155型注水泵的筒形轴瓦轴承结构及润滑方式存在的缺陷,将该型注水泵改用球形轴瓦轴承,并采取强制润滑方式.改用的球形轴瓦轴承的瓦球两端设有O形密封圈,起封油隔水作用;瓦口处的泄油槽和迷宫密封式油封可阻止轴瓦向外渗油;球形轴瓦上开有余裕油泄流通道和贴近转动副的测温孔;稳流短节中的薄壁小孔具有稳定和观察油流的功能。改用球形轴瓦轴承,不须对D155型注水泵作任何改动,且不再需要安装润滑油冷却水装置,也减小了系的振动,提高了泵的运行可靠性。
