在事业单位当中,人事档案管理是一个重要的工作,它有利于事业单位对工作人员的具体情况进行全面的掌握。但是,当前事业单位在人事档案管理中还存在一些问题,影响了人事档案管理积极效果的发挥。基于此,本文笔者结合自己的工作经验提出几点关于创新人事档案管理的思路,希望可以提高事业单位人事档案管理的水平和质量。
Among institutions, personnel records management is an important task, which is conducive to the public institutions to grasp the full details of the staff. However, there are still some problems in the current institutional management of personnel files, affecting the positive effects of personnel files management. Based on this, the author of this article combined his own work experience to put forward some ideas on innovative personnel files management, hoping to improve the level and quality of personnel files management in public institutions.
