针对多次走刀切削参数优化问题,基于模型预测控制策略,建立了以生产率及单位切除体积生产成本作为目标函数,相关技术指标作为约束条件的多次走刀切削参数优化模型.采用宽容分层序列法对所建立的多目标、非线性模型进行处理,运用模型预测控制策略及内点法进行优化求解.仿真结果中,将提出的策略与传统优化方法所获得的优化结果进行相比,证明了该方法求解复杂度低,并能够获得生产率更高、生产成本更低的最优切削参数组合.
Aiming at the problem of multiple cutting parameter optimization, based on the model predictive control strategy, a multi-pass cutting parameter optimization model with productivity and unit cut volume production cost as objective function and related technical indicators as constraints was established. Sequence method to deal with the multi-objective and non-linear model established, and use the model predictive control strategy and the interior point method to optimize the solution.The simulation results show that the proposed strategy is better than the traditional optimization method The method has low complexity and can obtain the optimal combination of cutting parameters with higher productivity and lower production cost.
