大学生村官政策的实施,对推进新农村建设和缓解大学生就业压力具有重要作用。目前陕西大学生村官政策实施中存在村官身份定位不清、薪酬结构不合理、培训内容和方式单一、考核工作落实不到位、职业出路不畅等突出问题。进一步优化陕西大学生村官政策应着重从以下方面着手:明确大学生村官的角色定位、建立合理的报酬激励机制、完善村官培训机制、健全村官考核机制、完善村官出路管理机制。
The implementation of the policy of college students and village officials plays an important role in pushing forward the construction of new rural areas and alleviating the employment pressure of college students. At present, there are some outstanding problems such as the unclear orientation of village officials, unreasonable remuneration structure, single training contents and methods, incomplete implementation of assessment work and poor professional career in the implementation of the policy of village officials in charge of college students in Shaanxi Province. To further optimize the policy of village officials in Shaanxi college students should focus on the following aspects: to clarify the role of college village officials, to establish a reasonable remuneration incentive mechanism, to improve the training mechanism for village officials, to improve the assessment mechanism for village officials and to improve the village officials’ exit management mechanism.
