高校学生党员是学校学生管理工作中的重要组成部分,随着学生党员数量的不断增加,管理的难度和要求越来越高。传统的管理手段难以实现新时代下学生党员的有效管理,积极应对时代发展,创新变革学生党员管理机制能够有效的促进提升学校党政工作效率,促进党建工作科学化水平的有效提升。
College student party members are an important part of the management of school students. With the increasing number of student party members, the difficulty and requirement of management are getting higher and higher. Traditional management methods can not effectively manage the student party members in the new era, actively respond to the development of the times, and innovate and reform the student party management mechanism, which can effectively promote the efficiency of party and government work in schools and promote the scientific construction of the party building work effectively.
