迅速发展的互联网技术已经引起了许多个人隐私方面的新问题,且在今后的发展过程中针对个人自由还会出现诸多意想不到的问题,特别是私人生活信息(privacy),其保密性很难得到来自于互联网技术及法律的有效保证。事实上,当前国际社会确实也没有更多的能够全面保护个人隐私的办法。因而,强化对此的法律保护已成为了当务之急。本文意在通过对相关问题的探讨,期冀能够引起更多的人们对此方面立法的重视,促进社会的安定与和谐。
The rapid development of Internet technology has caused many new personal privacy issues, and in the future development of personal freedom there will be many unexpected problems, especially the privacy of private information (privacy), the confidentiality is difficult to get From the Internet technology and laws effectively guarantee.
