选取健康雌性未成熟大鼠去卵巢制做子宫发育不良模型，阴道给予救坤丹栓剂，以乙烯雌酚作对照，摘取子宫，常规ＨＥ染色，光镜观察。结果示：模型组与正常组、假手术组差异明显，救坤丹高低剂量组结构接近正常组，与乙烯雌酚组差异不明显。故救坤丹能促进子宫发育，具有雌激素样作用。
Healthy female immature rats were selected for ovariectomy to make uterine dysplasia model. Vaginal treatment was used to save Kundan suppository. Ethylestradiol was used as control. Uterus was removed, routine HE staining and light microscopy were performed. The results showed that the difference between the model group and the normal group and the sham operation group was obvious. The structure of the high-dose and low-dose group of Jiekundan was close to the normal group, and there was no significant difference between the model group and the ethylene estradiol group. Therefore, save Kun Dan can promote uterine development, with estrogen-like effects.
