粘结磁致伸缩材料是由Terfenol D粉末与树脂粘结剂混合固化而成。TbDyFe粉末颗粒的大小 ,树脂的粘度系数 ,树脂的配比及磁场中的取向都对粘结磁致伸缩材料的磁致伸缩性能产生较大的影响。试验结果表明 ,TbDyFe粉末颗粒尺寸的大小对粘结磁致伸缩材料的磁致伸缩性能影响较大。制备较好性能的粘结磁致伸缩材料所需TbDyFe粉末颗粒尺寸应控制在 <2 80 μm。同时 ,材料在压型过程中由于外加磁场而使磁畴取向 ,从而提高了磁致伸缩性能。
The bonded magnetostrictive material is a blend of Terfenol D powder and a resin binder. The size of the TbDyFe powder, the viscosity coefficient of the resin, the ratio of the resin and the orientation in the magnetic field all have a great influence on the magnetostrictive properties of the bonded magnetostrictive material. The experimental results show that the size of TbDyFe powder has a great influence on the magnetostrictive properties of the bonded magnetostrictive material. The size of TbDyFe powder particles needed to prepare better performance magnetostrictive materials should be controlled at <2 80 μm. At the same time, the material in the compression process due to an external magnetic field and the magnetic domain orientation, thereby enhancing the magnetostrictive performance.
