轧制变形区润滑层形成条件。接触弧上润滑层厚度的变化。轧制因素对润滑层厚度的影响。轧制工艺润滑剂的最佳消耗量的确定。现代轧钢生产发展的特点之一是扩大工艺润滑剂的应用范围。在大约1968年以前,工艺润滑剂主要用于冷轧钢板和钢管。最近几年国外对热轧型钢和钢板的工艺润滑进行了广泛的试验室研究和生产性试验。[1]我国在这方面也作了大量研制工作(2—8)。目前国外已有许多热轧机采用工艺润滑剂。冷轧薄板也已采用有润滑的平整。工艺润滑剂应用范围的不断扩大,要求我们深入研究工艺润滑的理论基础。
