在铸造中,浇注后的铸钢件常存在夹渣、气孔、缩孔、砂眼、浇不足等缺陷。往往由于这些铸造缺陷,使零件报废,在生产中还需重新回炉浇注,造成了机加工时、能源及生产成本的浪费。针对上述问题,参考了有关资料,在不影响原铸钢件的使用性能和外观的情况下,我们制定了浇补工艺,以补救铸钢件缺陷。浇补工作只能针对不同的缺陷要求,按着一定的工艺规程进行,这项工艺技术经济效果显著,它不需要电源,适合于野外作业。
Casting, casting castings often contain slag, porosity, shrinkage, trachoma, inadequate pouring and other defects. Often due to these casting defects, so that parts scrapped, in the production also need to re-cast pouring, resulting in machining, energy and production costs of the waste. In response to the above problems, reference to the relevant information, without affecting the performance and appearance of the original cast steel case, we developed a pouring process to remedy defects in steel castings. Pouring work can only be aimed at different defect requirements, according to a certain process specifications, the economic efficiency of this process significantly, it does not require power, suitable for field operations.
