哈尔滨工业大学精密仪器教研室,经过两年的奋战,完成了航天部下达的“表面粗糙度三维测量系统”的研制任务。该系统于1986年5月7日在哈尔滨通过部级鉴定,与会代表一致认为:该系统的研制成功,填补了国内空白,在某些性能方面达到了国际同类系统的先进水平。表面粗糙度三维测量系统,能够在三维空间测量表面粗糙度参数,画出表面形貌图和等高线图,真实可靠地评定表面轮廓,对磨擦、磨损,润滑等研究领域有重要价值。
Harbin Institute of Technology Precision Instrument Division, after two years of hard work, completed the aerospace department issued a “three-dimensional surface roughness measurement system,” the research task. The system passed ministry-level appraisal on May 7, 1986 in Harbin. The participants agreed that the successful development of this system has filled the domestic blank and reached the international advanced level of similar systems in some aspects.
