区域创新系统的结构可分为三个子系统,其协调性包括子系统内部的协调与子系统之间的协调。根据复合系统协调度模型,可构建评价区域创新系统协调发展的模型。从河南省各区域创新子系统的协调发展趋势与子系统内部各序参量的变化来看,今后河南省应采取措施适当加大薄弱环节的投资规模与建设力度,增加序参量的有序度,以提高区域创新复合系统协调度。
