目的建立基于LC-TOF/MS技术的分析方法,检测功能性红曲中非法添加非红曲来源的洛伐他汀。方法红曲样品的甲醇提取物经Zorbax SB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.05%甲酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱(0~40min,40%~100%乙腈),正离子扫描检测。结果非法添加非红曲来源的洛伐他汀的功能性红曲存在天然功能性红曲没有的特征杂质离子峰,可以区分非法添加非红曲来源的洛伐他汀的功能性红曲和天然功能性红曲。结论本方法可用于天然功能性红曲是否非法添加非红曲来源的洛伐他汀的鉴别。
Objective To establish a method based on LC-TOF / MS to detect lovastatin illegally added to non-red yeast rice. Methods The methanol extracts of red yeast rice samples were eluted with a mobile phase of Zorbax SB-C 18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) and 0.05% formic acid in water (0-40 min, 40% -100 % Acetonitrile), positive ion scan detection. Results The illegitimate addition of non-koji lovastatin-derived functional koji There are characteristic impurity ion peaks which are not found in koji-functional koji that discriminate between functional koji that is illegally added to non-koji-lovastatin and natural functionalities Red song. Conclusion This method can be used to identify whether natural functional Monascus is illegally added with lovastatin derived from non-Monascus.
