近期,来自英国牛津大学的Wong博士等在EHJ上发表了一篇关于心外膜脂肪与房颤的综述,该综述的十点小结如下。1.体重指数(BMI)是房颤的强力预测因子,BMI每增加5 kg/m2,房颤风险增加10%~30%。2.肥胖与心外膜脂肪增加相关,而后者是肥胖与房颤相关的主要介导因素。3.心外膜脂肪增加房颤风险的可能机制之一是脂肪细胞直接渗透到心房心肌,导致传导减慢或不一致。
Recently, Dr. Wong from the University of Oxford, UK, published an essay on epicardial fat and atrial fibrillation at EHJ. Ten summary of the review is as follows.
