0引言肺炎性假瘤是一种较少见的肺实质类瘤样炎性增生病变，其临床表现及病理标本的肉眼检查酷似肿瘤，因缺乏特异性检查手段，手术前确诊率不高，常误诊为肺癌或肺部其它良性肿瘤．现将我科1995－of～1996－10收治的7例肺炎性假瘤，6例误诊为肺癌原因分析报告如下．liN＄资料1
0 Introduction Pneumonia pseudotumor is a rare pulmonary pituitary tumor-like inflammatory hyperplasia lesions, its clinical manifestations and pathological specimens of the naked eye resembles the tumor, because of the lack of specific means of examination, the diagnosis was not high before surgery, often Misdiagnosed as lung cancer or other benign lung tumors.
