为探明准双曲面齿轮副啮合接触迹走向与齿轮副运转性能的关系,以稳定运转油温和振动加速度均方根值为评价参数,采用定量对比试验研究方法,在机械封闭式齿轮传动实验台上进行了不同接触迹走向的准双曲面齿轮副台架性能试验。试验对象为某微型车的后桥主传动准双曲面齿轮副,实验测试了4对具典型接触迹走向的准双曲面齿轮副在不同工况下的运转质量。结果表明:1)接触迹沿齿长的准双曲面齿轮副具有较好的运转平稳性,且由于啮合轮齿间载荷相对较小,因而润滑条件也得到改善,但当小轮轴上载荷为175Nm时,其润滑状况与其它类型齿轮副差异不大;2)齿轮副的运转平稳性不是载荷的单调函数,且存在一最佳稳定运转载荷。
In order to find out the relationship between the meshing trace of hypoid gears meshing and the running performance of gears, the rms value of steady-state oil temperature and vibration acceleration was taken as the evaluation parameter, and the quantitative comparative experimental research method was used. On the performance of the hypoid gear sub-gantry with different contact traces. The test object is the hypoid gear pair of the main transmission of the rear axle of a miniature vehicle. The running quality of four hypoid gear pairs with typical contact tracks is experimentally tested in different working conditions. The results show that: 1) The hypoid gears with the contact tracks along the tooth length have good running stability, and the lubrication conditions are also improved due to the relatively small load between the meshing gears. However, when the load on the small axle is 175 Nm , The lubrication condition is not different from other types of gear pairs; 2) The running stability of the gear pair is not a monotonic function of load, and there is an optimal steady running load.
