1.病虫害。甜椒可被各种真菌和细菌侵染,导致果实损伤和腐烂。链格孢菌(A·tennis)主要是引起果实的腐烂。真菌可侵染甜椒果皮,引起生理病害。欧氏杆菌属细菌(Errinia Carotorora)易引起软烂,在高温和23.9—29.4℃的温度下,几天内完全腐烂。由于病毒的侵染,甜椒可严重退色或变形。Eckert 等人阐明果实腐烂病和炭疽病引起甜椒严重损失。果实腐烂有不同的类型。
