[目的]观察华佗再造丸臭氧自血疗法联合西药治疗急性脑梗死疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将46例住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组,对照组23例①常规治疗。②臭氧自血治疗(专用采血袋,取患者肘正中静脉,采血100mL+医用臭氧100 mL(47μg/mL),1:1比例混合,5～10min与血液充分混合,回输患者体内(15min内),1次/d。治疗组23例华佗再造丸,8g(48～50粒),早晚各服1次。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组基本治愈4例,显效10例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率86.95%。对照组基本治愈2例,显效6例,有效6例,无效9例,总有效率60.86%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。神经功能缺损评分两组均明显改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]臭氧自体血回输疗法结合华佗再造丸对急性脑梗塞疗效显著,早期应用有助于改善神经功能障碍,提高疗效,改善预后。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Huatuo Zaizao Pill ozone autologous blood therapy combined with Western medicine in treating acute cerebral infarction. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 46 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment, and 23 cases in the control group were treated routinely. (2) Ozone self-blood treatment (special blood collection bag, take patients elbow mid vein, blood 100mL + medical ozone 100mL (47μg / mL), 1: 1 ratio of mixing, 5 ~ , Once a day.Among 23 cases of treatment group, Hua Tuo Zai Zao Wan, 8g (48 ~ 50 tablets) were given one morning and evening.Western medicine treatment was the same as the control group.The continuous treatment for 20 days was a course of treatment.Clinical symptoms, neurological deficits NIHSS) score, adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group basically cured in 4 cases, markedly effective in 10 cases, effective in 6 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 86.95% .Control group basically cured in 2 cases, 6 cases were effective, 6 cases were effective, 9 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 60.86% .The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05) .Nerve function impairment score was significantly improved in both groups (P <0.01) (P0.05) .Conclusion: Ovarian autologous blood transfusion combined with Huatuo Zaizao Pills has significant curative effect on acute cerebral infarction. Early application can improve neurological dysfunction, improve curative effect and improve prognosis.
