通货膨胀的产生有许多复杂的原因。按目前国际流行的解释,主要是需求牵动论和成本推进论。分析我国通货膨胀的成因,仅按上述国际流行的理论,从一般性上找原因是很不够的,会导致治理整顿的简单化,更难以把治理整顿与深化改革结合起来,从形成机制上治理通货膨胀。所以,研究我国的通货膨胀不仅要分析一般性原因,更要研究它的特殊性,寻找其深层原因。我们认为,我国通货膨胀的深层原因主要是:
