现实生活中,人们对于平均主义“大锅饭”的批评程度,要远远小于对收入差距的批评。也就是说,两者相比,人们更易容忍平均主义。但从二者对经济发展的作用和影响来看,平均主义的负面影响其实更大,例如,我国传统经济体制的最主要特征就是平均主义,其负面影响作用是人们有目共睹的,而收入差距,尤其是适当的收入差距,则对经济发展有着积极的作用,我国改革开放以来的实践,已充分证明了这一点。但是人们为什么能够容忍平均主义“大锅饭”,而对收入差距却具有强烈的反抗心理呢?我认为主要有五个方面的原因。

However, the income gap, In particular, the appropriate income gap has a positive effect on economic development. Since the reform and opening up in our country, this has been fully proved. But why can people tolerate the egalitarian “big pot” and have a strong resistance to the income gap? I think there are mainly five reasons.
