细胞因子 (Cytokine ,CK)是免疫反应和炎症反应的主要介质 ,其异常产生常常是炎性疾病、自身免疫性疾病、恶性肿瘤、变态反应性疾病等多种疾病的主要病理因素之一 ,因此也是此类疾病生物治疗的主要靶点之一。可溶性细胞因子受体 (solublecytokinereceptor,sCR)一般能特异性抑制相应配体与其膜受体的结合 ,有拮抗CK活性的作用 ,因此对上述疾病有显著的治疗和控制作用 ,目前认为是一种新型的免疫治疗制剂。本文就近年sCR与疾病发生发展以及治疗的研究进展加以综述。
Cytokine (CK) is the main mediator of immune response and inflammatory reaction. Abnormal production is one of the main pathological factors of many diseases such as inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors and allergic diseases. Therefore, It is also one of the major targets of biological treatment of such diseases. Soluble cytokine receptor (solublecytokinereceptor, sCR) generally can specifically inhibit the corresponding ligand binding to its membrane receptors, antagonistic CK activity, so the treatment of these diseases have a significant role in the control and is currently considered a new type Immunotherapy formulations. This review summarizes recent advances in the development and treatment of sCRs and diseases.
