绿豆,古称文豆、宫绿、青小豆,原产于我国,栽培历史已有两千多年。《淮南子·时则训》中就有“食菽与鸡”,菽,就是豆类的总称。宋代,陈达叟的《本心斋蔬食谱》中有“碾破绿珠,撒成银缕”,形象地描绘了绿豆粉丝的制作过程。元代的《居家必用事类全集》中有造豆芽法。明代高谦的《饮馔服食笺》中还记有绿豆汤的做法。
Mung beans, the ancient name of beans, Gong Green, adzuki beans, native to China, cultivation history has more than two thousand years. “Huai Nan Zi Zexun” there “food 菽 and chicken”, 菽, is the general term for beans. Gao Qian Ming Dynasty, “drink food service paper” also remember the practice of mung bean soup.
